Led by innovative chef Brendan Wessels (ex-The Cube and Leonard’s Mill), Aurora is a world class dining experience. Featuring a purpose built braai which will chargrill proteins, vegetables and house made sauces. Expect small plates influenced by Korean and Japanese cuisine twisted with the heritage of South Africa in which Brendan comes from. Aurora sources ingredients from the best local like-minded producers, through guidance of major food identities such as Simon Bryant and Richard Gunner.
