These Terms and Conditions of Entry apply to all LIGHT venues located at 63 Light Square including Aurora restaurant, The Lab, Beags and Level 1 venues.
Before making your booking, purchasing a ticket and/or entering a LIGHT venue, you should read the following Terms and Conditions of Entry carefully.
Your entry to a LIGHT venue is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Entry.
Our values include actively promoting people’s wellbeing alongside healthier work practices in hospitality and more consistent employment for artists.
We care about our staff and visitors. To keep everyone safe, we monitor and follow all guidelines set by the SA Government.
To ensure the safety and protection of all guests, staff and vendors on site, LIGHT requires all staff working in any of LIGHT’s venues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Upon entry to any LIGHT venue, you must adhere to guidelines provided by SA Health. In purchasing a ticket you must adhere to the SAPOL COVID-19 Emergency Management cross border travel directions that are current at the time of your entry to the event.
Please do not visit if you have experienced cold or flu like symptoms in the past 14-days, are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test or have recently visited any area designated as a COVID-19 hotspot. If you show symptoms of illness while at a LIGHT venue, you may be asked to leave.
Social distancing needs to be observed at LIGHT. Please adhere to the government guidelines for density, be aware of your surroundings and follow the directions of LIGHT COVID Marshals.
You must provide the correct contact information when making a booking or purchasing a LIGHT ticket. Contact tracing is an important part in keeping our community safe from COVID-19. LIGHT may make your contact details available to SA Health if requested.
LIGHT reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from its venues any person if they do not comply with these directions and any reasonable direction provided by LIGHT staff. LIGHT also reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person if it believes their presence is likely to cause a nuisance, disturbance or threat to other patrons, the venue or its employees.
Tickets purchased via an unauthorised method and/or duplicated tickets (‘Unauthorised Ticket’) may be cancelled without refund and/or the ticket holder may be refused admission to a LIGHT venue upon presentation of said Unauthorised Ticket. If you are denied entry for presenting an Unauthorised Ticket, LIGHT staff take no responsibility for any inconvenience caused to you by such Unauthorised Ticket.
By making a booking, attending a function or purchasing a ticket to LIGHT you hereby agree and consent to LIGHT and its associated entities, assignees, representatives, employees, artists and agents to take your photograph, video and or sound recording (‘Content’) during the booking, LIGHT event or function and authorise LIGHT and its associated entities, assignees, representatives, employees, artists and agents to use said Content for purposes of advertising, media publicity, publication or general display (‘Publication’). You waive any interest that you may have in the copyright of any Content and acknowledge that you are not entitled to any payment or compensation for the publication of any Content under these terms and conditions. If you do not consent to your photograph, video or sound recording being taken then you must explicitly notify a LIGHT manager at the venue.
You release and indemnify LIGHT and its associated entities, assignees, representatives, employees, artists and agents for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or claim connected with the Publication of any Content taken under these Terms and Conditions including but not limited to any action for defamation, libellous material, breach of privacy or copyright.
"The Quest at Light Rewards Passport" activation entitles patrons to one free house beer, wine, or soft drink upon redemption of the completed rewards card. The choice of drink is at the discretion of Light ADL staff and must be redeemed between 17th February and 18th March 2023.
