The Lane Vineyard and Aurora Restaurant have joined forces and invite you to join us for a collaborative dinner presented by The Lane's Head Winemaker Turon White, hosted at Light ADL's venue.
Aurora Executive Chef Brendan Wessels and Head Chef Sam Cooper have come together with The Lane Vineyard's Head Chef Tom Robinson and Senior Sous Chef Cameron Ahl to explore the synergies of both establishments that share an ethos of creating memorable dining experiences using only the best ingredients sourced from like-minded producers whilst upholding the highest standard of sustainability.
Commencing in The Lab, our surrounding immersive LED screens will give you the feeling of being transported throughout the four seasons in the Hahndorf vineyards before taking a seat at our communal tables for an intimate dining experience. Aurora in collaboration with The Lane will guide you through a carefully curated tasting menu highlighting the rich connection between food, wine and their origins with each course matched with a flight from The Lane's limited release wines.
